I am experiencing performance issues in Windows after installing EndNote Web (fall 2009 release of EndNote Web CWYW Windows only). How can I address this?

Answer:
A recent update to the EndNote Web plug-in corrects performance degradation encountered on Windows. Download and run the current CWYW installer.
Windows IE and CWYW Plugin Single user installer
When the installer runs, it should uninstall the current version and then install tools that work properly.
You will also find the following EndNote Web updates starting January 5, 2010.
- When entering a record manually with EndNote Web, the year is now saved correctly.
- Year data for records published in 2010 or later now save properly when adding references through direct export or import.
